if you can find them pretty much whatever you want, if you have proof it is them who are committing the crime of course

You can sue for however much you have been damaged. You, of course, need to prove that you were damaged and that he caused the damage due to an intentional or negligent act or inaction.

The question you need to be asking yourself is: Is this ALL this person is doing? If they have access to all this info, your identity may have been violated in ways you can’t see. I have been in the industry for a number of years, have worked with many of the biggest companies out there and can tell you that this is NOT something you should ignore!
